A beautifully appointed top-floor apartment, located in Illetas, an old style quality resort just outside Palma,
and only a 15-minute taxi ride from the Airport (fare = 22 euros). The apartment is close to 3 sandy beaches with all the
usual beach bars and water sports (April-October).
Secured at night and incorporating a resident porter, the apartments have their own swimming pool, sunbathing areas
and sun loungers. Within the apartment complex there is a Car Hire facility, a small supermarket for the essentials and a
Spanish Bar. Tennis is available at adjacent hotels, and the Royal Bendinat Golf Course is a ten-minute walk away.

| The accommodation, which has recently been upgraded, includes a separate bedroom with a double bed,
and two single sofa-beds in the lounge and is suitable for a couple and two children/friends. From the terrace
with its new enclosed sliding windows you can enjoy stunning views of the bay and mountains.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, handbasin and washing machine. The
kitchenette has two electric ceramic rings, refridgerator and all necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking implements.
There are food
storage cupboards and all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking implements. The lounge has a storage
cabinet, rugs, sofa and coffee table, and two single sofa-beds. The bedroom has an IKEA double bed, bedside
tables, chest of drawers and large wardrobe/storage cupboards. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. |

| AVAILABILITY AND COSTS
This apartment is available all-year-round at £300 a week (£350 a week from June 1st to
end of September), inclusive of cleaning, bed linen and bathroom towels.
Short-stay and mid-week bookings
are available pro-rata and by negotiation. |
